Karolyi Gardens – 1st phase handover

Karolyi Gardens developer is currently in the process of handing over the 1st phase, comprising buil-dings A and B, whilst buildings C and D are expected to be handed over in November 2008. Tower Property Group is currently furnishing over 70 units within the project, which has enabled us to provide our investors with a competitive furnishing solution.

Mill Lofts – Internal structure

The external façade has been cleaned and is now ready to be plastered, whilst current works focus on the internal structure and the units division. Iron structures have already been installed to provide this unique building with extra outdoors space.

Completion is expected by beginning 2009.

Park Residences – Underground parking works

Digging works in Park Residences started a few months ago, getting the plot ready to start the foundation works. The building company is now finishing the foundation and starting to work on the underground parking level.

Atrium – Building a structure

Construction works at the Atrium project are now at the structure stage, having the first and second floors already completed. The double level parking area is also already finished.

Completion is expected for summer 2009.

Andrassy Palace Façade renovation

After getting all legal permits and authorizations from the pertinent authorities, the developer has appointed the Renaissance Kft. to carry out the restoration of the Andrassy Palace buildings, having already started with the renovation of the 87-89 building façade.

Re-novation and construction works are expected to take around 24 months.

Pikkolo Plastering works

Building works at Pikkolo apartments are well in advance, having the whole structure already comple-ted and focusing now on the internal divisions of the project and the plastering works.

Completion is expected for February 2009.
